Estimated personalisation time is usually 2-3 weeks for delivery. Special requests for urgent orders will be considered. By emailing photographs to us, you also confirm ownership of the photographs. All images used in our work are converted to black & white for added effect and a timeless result. Images must be at least 500KB in size, however original high res images are always preferred. Final selection of images and general artistic discretion lies with Memory Clouds. Please check your order carefully, as we are not able to exchange or refund any items that have been personalised. All orders are gift wrapped and tied with ribbon.

Prices exclude postage unless otherwise stated. Standard postage Australia wide is A$7.80 however exact postage costs will be finalised upon order confirmation. International postage is available.
